The relevant PUMA Cards are:

2. LEGAL EFFECT

By purchasing, accepting and/or using any PUMA Card, you are entering into an agreement with PUMA Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 52 050 539 501) and PUMA New Zealand Ltd (NZBN 9429039311771) (jointly and severally referred to as "PUMA", "We") and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will find the most recent latest version at giftcard.puma.com. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.

3. PUMA GIFT CARDS

Only adults (18 years of age or above) or minors with the consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are eligible to purchase PUMA Gift Cards.

Please note that PUMA Gift Cards are the only PUMA Cards that can be purchased by customers. PUMA Merchandise Cards are not available for purchase – they will be issued by PUMA as part of our customer service procedures.

If you purchase a digital PUMA Gift Card, it will be sent to your nominated email address, in an activated state and will be ready to use upon receipt. You bear full responsibility for ensuring the correct email address is provided to us.

If you provide a wrong email address, we will not be liable for sending any PUMA Card accordingly. If the e-mail address you provided cannot be verified, we reserve the right to refrain from the delivery.

Please contact our customer service if you encounter any problems with receiving your digital PUMA Gift Card.

You are advised to securely retain the email containing your digital PUMA Gift Card information. Any balance on a digital PUMA Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and no interest will be paid on any balance.

4. STORED VALUE

PUMA Gift Cards can be charged up to a maximum stored value AUD $500 in Australia or NZD $500 in New Zealand. PUMA Merchandise Cards can be issued with a maximum value of AUD $250 in Australia or NZD $250 in New Zealand.

PUMA Cards are not credit or debit cards and are not rechargeable. PUMA Cards cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law). No interest will be paid on the stored value in any PUMA Card.

5. USING PUMA CARDS

PUMA Cards can be used for purchasing or redeeming any PUMA merchandise, excluding PUMA Gift Cards, through:

Please note that PUMA Cards cannot be used to redeem merchandise in franchisee-owned PUMA retail stores.

You can use your PUMA Card to pay for your items until its stored-value balance is zero. If the total value of your order is less than the stored-value balance of the PUMA Card, you can use the remaining balance for future purchases at a later date. If your total order value is more than the stored-value balance on the PUMA Card, you can pay the outstanding amount using additional PUMA Cards, a credit/debit card or any other accepted payment method.

Where a PUMA Card is denominated in one currency (e.g. AUD) but used to purchase goods priced in another currency (e.g. NZD), the purchase price will be converted into the first currency and deducted from the stored value balance in the PUMA card.  The currency conversion rate may be determined by PUMA in its reasonable discretion.

6. EXPIRATION

The validity period or expiry date of your PUMA Card is printed on or attached to the card. After its expiry date, a PUMA Card cannot be used for any purchase – any remaining balance will be forfeited and non-refunded.

7. PRODUCT RETURNS

If you return an item(s) purchased with only a PUMA Card, you will be issued a new PUMA Card for the total dollar value of the return.

If you return an item(s) purchased using a combination of a PUMA Card and another payment method (e.g. credit or debit card, cash, PayPal, etc.), the refund is first applied to latter payment method up to the original amount charged to that payment method. For the remaining balance, a new PUMA Card will be issued to you.

In addition to these terms, PUMA's standard Return Policy  shall apply to the purchased item(s).

8. LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

PUMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged PUMA Cards, or for any unauthorized use of PUMA Cards. PUMA Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged through no fault of PUMA. Treat PUMA Cards like cash.

9. CARD FRAUD, DAMAGE, ETC.

PUMA reserves the right to refuse or cancel PUMA Cards and orders where there is fraud, card issuance in an incorrect denomination, incomplete order information, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions, whether actual or suspected.

PUMA also reserves the right to refuse any altered, defaced, damaged, unreadable and expired PUMA Cards without any compensation to you. We further reserve the right to collect and retain all PUMA Cards which stored value has been fully redeemed, has expired or has been damaged/altered.
