يمكنك شراء بطاقات هدايا PUMA في أي من متاجرنا المنتشرة في جميع أرجاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (بما في ذلك متاجر البيع التي تديرها PUMA).
أين يمكنني استخدام بطاقة PUMA؟
يمكن الاستفادة من بطاقات PUMA في جميع متاجر PUMA المنتشرة في جميع أرجاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتعذَّر استرداد قيمة البطاقة من البائعين أو المتاجر التي تبيع منتجات PUMA.
هل يجب علي إنفاق المبلغ المُحدَّد لبطاقة PUMA؟
لا، إذا كان مبلغ شرائك أقل من القيمة الموجودة في بطاقة PUMA، فيمكنك استخدام الرصيد المتبقي لإجراء عملية شراء في وقتٍ لاحق. ويتعذَّر استبدال الرصيد المتبقي نقدًا. إذا كان يتجاوز مبلغ شرائك القيمة الموجودة في بطاقة PUMA، فيمكنك استخدام أي طريقة دفع أخرى مقبولة لسداد المبلغ المتبقي.
هل يمكنني إرجاع منتج اشتريته باستخدام بطاقة PUMA؟
نعم. تنطبق سياسة الإرجاع العادية من PUMA على جميع المنتجات المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة PUMA. ستتلقى المبالغ المستردة في بطاقة PUMA جديدة مرفقة برسالة عبر البريد الإلكتروني، بعنوان "تأكيد الإرجاع"، بمجرد معالجة عملية الإرجاع، شريطة أن قيمة الأصناف المرتجعة قد سددتها باستخدام بطاقات PUMA فقط.
إذا كانت الأصناف المرتجعة التي دفعت قيمتها تجمع بين استخدام بطاقة PUMA وطرق دفع أخرى (مثل بطاقة الائتمان والنقد، وما إلى ذلك)؛ فسنرد المبلغ إلى طريقة دفع بديلة مبدئيًا، وصولًا إلى المبلغ المدفوع فعليًا باستخدام الطريقة البديلة. بالنسبة لما تبقى من المبلغ المسترد، سنصدر بطاقة PUMA جديدة.
على سبيل المثال: تبلغ قيمة الشراء 120 درهمًا إماراتيًا، وتم دفع 80 درهمًا إماراتيًا باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان و40 درهمًا إماراتيًا باستخدام بطاقة هدايا PUMA. إذا كانت قيمة مرتجعك تبلغ 90 درهمًا إماراتيًا؛ فسنرد مبلغ 80 درهمًا إماراتيًا إلى بطاقتك الائتمانية، فضلًا عن إصدار بطاقة هدايا PUMA جديدة بقيمة 10 دراهم إماراتية.
أين يمكنني الاطّلاع على رصيدي؟
مكنك الاطّلاع على رصيد بطاقة PUMA مباشرةً في متجر PUMA المشترك، أو عبر الإنترنت على giftcard.puma.com بإدخال رقم بطاقة PUMA الخاصة بك ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN).
ماذا يحدث إذا فقدت بطاقة PUMA؟
يجب التعامل مع بطاقات PUMA بعناية واهتمام شديدين مثل التعامل مع النقود. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن بطاقات PUMA المسروقة أو المفقودة أو التالفة أو التي يُساء استخدامها بمجرد تسليمها/ إصدارها وتنشيطها.
ما أقصى مبلغ يمكنني إضافته إلى بطاقة PUMA؟
يمكن شحن بطاقات هدايا PUMA بقيمة تصل إلى 5,000 درهم إماراتي كحد أقصى، أو ما يعادلها، وتُصدر بطاقات PUMA للبضائع بقيمة تصل إلى 1,000 درهم إماراتي كحد أقصى.

Where can I purchase PUMA Gift Cards?
You may purchase PUMA Gift Cards in any of our stores in the UAE (including outlet stores operated by PUMA).
Where can I use my PUMA Card?
PUMA Cards can be redeemed in every PUMA store throughout the UAE. No card redemption is possible at re-sellers or shops selling PUMA merchandise.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my PUMA Card?.
No. If your purchase amount is lower than the value of the PUMA Card, you can use the balance for a purchase at a later date. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash. If your purchase amount is higher than the value on the PUMA Card, you can use any other acceptable payment method for the remaining amount.
Can I return a product purchased with a PUMA Card?
Yes. The normal PUMA return policy applies to all products purchased with a PUMA Card. You will receive your refund as a new PUMA Card attached to your "Return Confirmation" email once your return has been processed, provided the returned items were paid for using only PUMA Cards.
If the returned items that were paid for by a combination of a PUMA Card and other payment methods (e.g., credit card, cash, etc.), then we will preliminary refund to the alternative payment method, up to the amount actually paid by the alternative method. For the remainder of the refund, a new PUMA Card will be issued.
Example: Purchase value of 120AED of which 80AED paid by credit card and 40 AED by PUMA Gift Card. If your return value is 90 AED, we will refund 80 AED to your credit card and issue a new PUMA Gift Card of 10AED value.
Where can I check my balance?
You may check the balance on your PUMA Card directly in your participating PUMA store, or online at giftcard.puma.com by entering your PUMA Card number and the PIN
What if I lose my PUMA Card?
Handle your PUMA Cards with special diligence and treat them like cash. We assume no liability for stolen, lost, damaged or misused PUMA Cards once they have been delivered/issued and activated.
What is the maximum amount I can upload on a PUMA Card?
PUMA Gift Cards can be charged up to a maximum value of or equivalent to AED 5,000 and PUMA Merchandise Cards are issued with a maximum value of AED 1,000. Please see our PUMA Card Terms and Conditions for full details.
