شروط وأحكام بطاقات PUMA في الإمارات العربية المتحدة

  1. النطاق

    2. تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام (المُشار إليها باسم "الشروط والأحكام") على بطاقات PUMA المادية التالية، التي تم شراؤها/ إصدارها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في 1 يناير 2024، أو بعد ذلك، من خلال أحد متاجرنا المشتركة:

    • بطاقات هدايا PUMA
    • بطاقات PUMA للبضائع

    (يُشار إليهم معًا أيضًا باسم "بطاقات PUMA")

    باستخدام بطاقات PUMA، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وإبرام اتفاقية مع PUMA UAE LLC (المُشار إليها باسم "PUMA"، "نحن/ نا") الكائن مقرها في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل صياغة هذه الشروط والأحكام العامة أو مواءمتها. يمكنك الاطّلاع على النسخة المحدثة من الشروط والأحكام على giftcard.puma.com

  2. تنطبَّق الشروط الخاصة فقط على بطاقات هدايا PUMA التي تبيعها PUMA

    1. شراء بطاقات هدايا PUMA

      2. يؤهل فقط البالغون (18 عامًا فما أكثر) أو القُصَّر، بعد الحصول على موافقة والديهم، لشراء بطاقات هدايا PUMA من PUMA.

      لشراء بطاقة هدايا PUMA من PUMA، تنطبَّق الشروط والأحكام العامة لدينا على شراء السلع، ويمكن الاطلاع عليها على موقع puma.com، والمتوفرة في المتجر لعمليات الشراء في المتجر.

    2. ضمان إرجاع بطاقات هدايا PUMA

      3. يُرجى الاطّلاع على إشعار الإلغاء ونموذج الإلغاء النموذجي. يُرجى ملاحظة أن هذا البند ينطبَّق على بطاقات الهدايا غير المستخدمة فقط، ويجب إرجاعها في غضون ستين (60) يومًا من تاريخ الشراء. إذا كنت تريد إرجاع بطاقة هدايا PUMA التي اشتريتها من PUMA، فيُرجى زيارة أحد متاجرنا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

  3. الدفع باستخدام بطاقات PUMA وصلاحيتها والحد الأقصى لقيمتها

    4. يمكن استبدال بطاقات PUMA، التي تم شراؤها أو إصدارها من متجر في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في جميع متاجر PUMA المشتركة في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

    ويمكنك استخدام بطاقة PUMA لسداد قيمة الأصناف التي اشتريتها إلى أن ينفد رصيدها. إذا كان رصيد بطاقة PUMA لا يغطي عملية الشراء بأكملها، فيمكنك إكمال الدفع باستخدام طرق دفع أخرى، مثل الدفع نقدًا أو ببطاقة الائتمان. يمكن استخدام أي رصيد متبقي في بطاقة PUMA في عملية الشراء التالية، إلا أنه يتعذَّر استبداله نقدًا.

    يمكنك الاطّلاع على رصيد بطاقة PUMA مباشرةً في متجر PUMA المشترك، أو عبر الإنترنت على giftcard.puma.com بإدخال رقم بطاقة PUMA الخاصة بك ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN).

    يمكن شحن بطاقات هدايا PUMA بقيمة تصل إلى 5.000.00 درهم إماراتي كحد أقصى، أو ما يعادلها، وتُصدر بطاقات PUMA للبضائع بقيمة تصل إلى 1,000.00 درهم إماراتي كحد أقصى.

    يُرجى ملاحظة أنه يتعذَّر إعادة شحن بطاقات PUMA. يحظر تحويل أي رصيد موجود على بطاقة PUMA إلى بطاقة PUMA أخرى.

    تنطبق فترة الصلاحية المطبوعة على بطاقة PUMA الخاصة بك أو المرفقة بها. يتعذَّر استخدام بطاقات PUMA لإتمام أي عملية شراء بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها. ولن يُسترد أي رصيد متبقي.

  4. إرجاع السلع المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة PUMA

    5. تنطبَّق سياسات الإرجاع المعمول بها لدينا على إرجاع السلع المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة PUMA (باستخدام بطاقة PUMA لدفع المبلغ كليًا أو جزئيًا باستخدام طريقة دفع بديلة).

    نتعامل مع المبالغ المستردة على النحو التالي:

    في حال إرجاع الأصناف التي دفعت قيمتها باستخدام بطاقات PUMA فقط، فسنصدر بطاقة PUMA جديدة لك بالمبلغ المرتجع.

    إذا كانت الأصناف المرتجعة التي دفعت قيمتها تجمع بين استخدام بطاقة PUMA وطرق دفع أخرى (مثل بطاقة الائتمان والنقد، وما إلى ذلك)؛ فسنرد المبلغ إلى طريقة دفع بديلة مبدئيًا، وصولًا إلى المبلغ المدفوع فعليًا باستخدام الطريقة البديلة. بالنسبة لما تبقى من المبلغ المسترد، سنصدر بطاقة PUMA جديدة.

    على سبيل المثال: تبلغ قيمة عملية الشراء 120 درهمًا إماراتيًا، وتم دفع 80 درهمًا إماراتيًا باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان و40 درهمًا إماراتيًا باستخدام بطاقة هدايا PUMA. إذا كانت الأصناف المرتجعة لعملية الشراء هذه تبلغ 90 درهمًا إماراتيًا؛ فسنرد مبلغ 80 درهمًا إماراتيًا إلى بطاقتك الائتمانية، فضلًا عن إصدار بطاقة هدايا PUMA جديدة بقيمة 10 دراهم إماراتية.

  5. المسؤولية المحدودة

    6. تُستثنى صراحةً أي مسؤولية لـ PUMA أو المتاجر المشتركة فيما يتعلق، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، بسوء الاستخدام أو السرقة أو الفقدان، وما إلى ذلك، بخصوص الرصيد الموجود في بطاقات PUMA، ولن يُسترد الرصيد الموجود في بطاقات PUMA. لا يستثني هذا الحد من المسؤولية المطالبات الناشئة في حال الإهمال الجسيم أو الأفعال المتعمدة من جانب PUMA ومتاجر PUMA المشتركة وموظفيها.

    يتحمَّل حامل بطاقات PUMA مسؤولية المخاطر الكاملة المتعلقة بفقدان بطاقات PUMA وإساءة استخدامها. يجب التعامل مع بطاقات PUMA بعناية واهتمام شديدين مثل التعامل مع النقود.

PUMA Cards Terms and Conditions for UAE

(valid as of January 1, 2024)

  1. Scope

    2. These terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') apply to our following physical PUMA Cards purchased/issued in the UAE on or after January 1, 2024 in any of our participating stores:

    • PUMA Gift Cards
    • PUMA Merchandise Cards

    (Jointly also "PUMA Cards")

    By using the PUMA Cards, you accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement with PUMA UAE LLC ("PUMA", "We") Dubai, UAE. We reserve the right to amend or adapt the wording of these General Terms and Conditions. You will find the most recent Terms and Conditions on giftcard.puma.com

  2. Special terms only applicable to PUMA Gift Cards sold by PUMA

    1. Purchase of PUMA Gift Cards

      2. Only adults (18 years of age or above) or minors with the consent of their parent(s) are eligible to purchase PUMA Gift Cards from PUMA.

      For the purchase of a PUMA Gift Card from PUMA, our General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of goods apply which can be found on puma.com and as available in store for your instore purchases.

    2. Return Guarantee for PUMA Gift Cards

      3. Please see our notice of cancellation and the model cancellation form. Please note that this only applies to unused Gift Cards and must be returned within sixty (60) days from date of purchase. If you wish to return a PUMA Gift Card purchased from PUMA, please do visit one our stores in the UAE.

  3. Payment with PUMA Cards, Validity and Maximum Value

    4. PUMA Cards purchased or issued in a store in the UAE can be redeemed in every participating PUMA store throughout the UAE.

    You can use your PUMA Card to pay for your items until its balance is zero. If the balance of your PUMA Card does not cover the entire purchase, you may complete your payment by using other methods of payment, such as paying in cash or with credit card. Any remaining balance on your PUMA Card may be used on your next purchase but cannot be exchanged for cash.

    You may check the balance on your PUMA Card directly in your participating PUMA store, or online at giftcard.puma.com by entering your PUMA Card number and the PIN.

    PUMA Gift Cards can be charged up to a maximum value of or equivalent to AED 5,000.00 and PUMA Merchandise Cards are issued with a maximum value of AED 1,000.00.

    Please note that PUMA Cards are not rechargeable. No transfer of any existing credit on a PUMA card to another PUMA Card.

    The validity period printed on or attached to your PUMA Card apply. After the date of expiration, PUMA Cards cannot be used for purchase. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

  4. Returning goods purchased with a PUMA Card

    5. Our applicable return policies apply to the return of goods purchased with a PUMA Card (using the PUMA card as payment in full or partially together with an alternative payment method).

    We handle refunds as follows

    If you return items that were paid for using only PUMA Cards, you will be issued a new PUMA Card for the returned amount.

    If the returned items were paid for by a combination of a PUMA Card and other payment methods (e.g. credit card, cash, etc.), then we will preliminary refund to the alternative payment method, up to the amount actually paid by the alternative method. For the remainder of the refund, a new PUMA Card will be issued.

    Example: Your purchase value is 120 AED of which 80 AED were paid by credit card and 40AED by PUMA Gift Card. You return items of that purchase with a value of 90 AED We will refund 80AED to your credit card and issue a new PUMA Gift Card of 10 AED value.

  5. Limited Liability

    6. Any liability of PUMA or the participating stores in relation to, including but not limited to, misuse, theft, loss, etc. for the credit on the PUMA Cards is explicitly excluded and the credit on the PUMA Cards will not be refunded. This limitation of liability does not exclude claims in case of gross negligent or deliberate acts by PUMA, the participating PUMA stores and its employees.

    The risk of loss and misuse of the PUMA Cards remains entirely with the owner of the PUMA Cards. Handle your PUMA Cards with special diligence and treat them like cash.

  6. Privacy Policy

    7. We do not collect any personal data in connection with your use of the PUMA Cards.

    Regarding the purchase/issuing of PUMA Cards, our privacy policy applies to our handling of any personal data collected and processed in the course of this transaction.

    We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the PUMA Cards thereafter. Your continued use of the PUMA Cards following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
